It costs around $12.99 a month....XM broadcasts will not play on your phone or watch devices... As far as HD Radio, it is regular radio, but the sound quality is supposed to be much better. HD Radio is no different then old regular radio because it still has ads and is controlled by the FCC....so if you are looking to escape that, then XM or Sirius is the way to go.....Once again though, HD Radio is the exact same broadcast you hear on regular radio, and to be honest, save your $.
