Instructions on how to install HD Car Connect radio?

Hello. I was wondering if anyone had any installation instructions for a HD Car connect HD Car radio with illustrations. A friend installed the radio and when the power is turned on nothing comes out of the speakers but the regular car radio works. Does the regular car radio have to be set to a certain station in order for the HD to work? Maybe he hooked it up wrong. Any illustrations or instructions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you have the model number of the HD receiver go on the Internet and type it into your search engine. You will find a website for the manufacture. Under that model number most manufactures have available in a pdf file format instructions for there equipment.
Give it a try, if have no luck post the info and I will look it up for you. Good luck!!
