		<description>you have to have an hd compatible radio and a tuner or a radio with the tuner built in. you get more stations than normal radio and usually better reception but you dont have to pay like you do with sat radio. not all areas have the extra hd stations though, most big cities like detroit(i live in the detroit area) have it and its expanding to more areas and more stations all the time</description>
