		<description>Try an ICOM model IC-R5-06 or a model IC-R20.  It will let you listen to just about anything including the old and new TV channels plus AM, FM, Shortwave, Police, Fire, Ham, Marine, etc.  They are a bit pricey, but they will absolutely do what you want.

		<description>Yes, but only 2 - 13.  These use an FM signal the radios which show them can still receive.  Usually there's a switch on the band selector to do this.</description>
