		<description>Theoretically, it is possible. An antenna can receive or transmit. But I don't see how a situation could arise where your TV or antenna amplifier could fail in such a way to produce interference without also ruining your own reception.
It should be pretty easy to investigate this. Turn yours on and off while watching theirs.
Also, if you have a radio and it isn't affected, that's further exvidence that you're not the source.</description>
