Is there a way to hook up a hd radio ready support to a aftermarket car receiver that doesn’t have it?

Just buy a HD radio. But to answer your lame question
NO
all recent decks are HD ready unless they are complete crap. You could never get it to work though because the deck needs to have the software not mention hardware to hook up and work with an HD receiver.
