if you have windows vista you can listen to it on your side bar which it is free to download from microsoft website

I’m not sure what High Definition radio is….Are you talking about HD Radio where HD stands for Hybrid Digital?

Not alot of stereo component ones made yet…mostly in car and portable as that is the bigger market for HD…
Here is one component (though it does alot more than HD) … you buy the HD tuner seperately and plug it in:
High Definition is for direct link systems only . These are sent via direct signal definition providers. There is no HD free radio. The XM is a direct micro wave feed from a satellite high in the sky. The ones that come through your TV are either sat. based or cable based. Regular radio signals degrade too fast for proper compression to take place. Perhaps you could get a signal boosting radioantenna available at most discount dept.stores or local radio shacks. These are the ones you plug in and then they boost the signal after that its all about your stereo system.
