will i still get hd quality music in my car from an hd radio if i don’t have an antenna?

i don’t have an antenna on my car and don’t get am station but still get fm stations that are pretty clear.
my cousin shaved off the antenna so i don’t have one at all, but i still get fm…
will the reception be improved though??

are you supposed to have an external antenna? the reason i ask is because some cars have the antenna in the back or front window.
without the antenna, you wont get fully hd sound in your car. if you want it to sound its best, i would put an antenna back on, it might not look teh best but it will make your music more clear, especially when you start to get further away from the stations
yes you will HD radio don’t need a car antenna it can be shave cut or complet remove YOU DON’T NEED a car radio antenna for HD to work
hd radios comes with a tape small plastic strip that sticks to the top of the windshield inside the vehicle
